We do not require you to provide any personal information to access the Aquarium’s Site. The Texas State Aquarium collects personal information during your use of the Site, for instance, when you sign up for our Newsletter or donate.

Only those people who Opt-In will be added to the Texas State Aquarium email newsletter. We offer an Opt-Out option to unsubscribe from our newsletter to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
