Details

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the signing of the contract to hold catering pricing. All menu prices are subject to change until catering deposit is paid.
  • There is a $500.00 catering minimum.
  • All prices are based on buffet style service.
  • Additional charge of $2.50 per guest will apply when requesting real stoneware and silverware. An additional charge applies for a served meal.  Glassware is $1 per glass. Linen napkins come in a variety of colors and are $0.50 each.
  • All items are subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax.
  • All items are subject to a 12.00% banquet service charge.
  • No gratuity will be charged.
  • All menu prices are subject to change until 50% catering deposit is paid.
  • If you wish to add a second entrée selection, there will be a $4 charge per guest to offset the additional preparation and service staff required.
  • Guarantee of minimum number of attendees is required 7 days prior to the event.
  • Specialty menus are available upon request.
  • Special menus may require additional staff. The following charges may apply:
  • Carver—$45.00 per hour per carver
  • Cook—$45.00 per hour per cook
  • Cake cutter – $0.75 per person, $50 minimum – price per cake. Please double if you want them to cut an additional cake, as well (i.e.: groom’s cake).
  • Food and beverages from outside sources may not be brought into the function without prior permission from Water’s Edge Catering.
