A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required at the signing of the contract to hold the catering date.

  • All prices are based on buffet style service.
  • Additional charge of $4 per guest will apply when requesting real stoneware and silverware. An additional charge applies for a served meal.  Glassware is $1/glass.
  • All items are subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax.
  • All items are subject to a 12% banquet service charge
  • No service charge or gratuity will be charged.
  • All menu prices are subject to change until 50% catering deposit is paid.
  • New items and prices will be confirmed within 30 days of your function.
  • Guarantee of attendees is required 3 days prior to the event.
  • Specialty menus are available upon request.
  • Special menus may require additional staff:

The following charges may apply:

  • Carver—$40.00 per hour per carver
  • Cook—$40.00 per hour per cook
  • Cake cutter – $.50 per person, $50 minimum – price per cake. Double if you want them to cut an additional cake as well (i.e.: groom’s cake).

Food and beverages from outside sources may not be brought into the function without prior permission from Water’s Edge.
