We promise to help make your story a great one; however, the staff of the Texas State Aquarium, including keepers, curators and veterinarians, as well as the Communications department, may occasionally set guidelines and limitations to ensure the safety of our animals and Aquarium guests.
All interviews with Aquarium employees will be arranged through the Communications department.

Photo and Video Guidelines
All Aquarium visitors can take photos and video for their private, personal use only. For safety reasons, use of tripods or monopods is prohibited. Taking photos or video, including for stock images and other commercial purposes, is prohibited unless authorized in advance by the Public Relations department. For media, there are also some restrictions on use of tripods and supplemental lighting.
