Homeschool Programs

The Aquarium’s Homeschool programs offer students in Kindergarten – 8th grade the opportunity to explore science topics through hands-on activities, observation, and interactions with live animals. Students will study specific animals and learn how they can help conserve them. Programs are aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). 

This is a 2-hour program for up to 15 learners. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the program’s start time. Enrollment is $40 per student, $36 for members. Reservations are non-refundable. The minimum age requirement for these programs is 5 years old. Program availability is limited; additionally, each program requires a minimum number of enrollments or may be subject to cancellation. A signed participation waiver is required from all participants. 

This program is designed for students to participate independently, without parent-accompaniment.
